A Sociedade Anónima Desportiva (SAD) do Sport Lisboa e Cartaxo foi aprovada pelos sócios.
A sua constituição voltou a ser discutida no passado dia 24 de julho, em Assembleia Geral extraordinária, com os sócios do clube a aprovar as diretrizes definidas para o projeto e com a SAD, já constituída, a ficar detida em 80% pelo empresário Faustino Gomes e em 20% pelo clube cartaxense.

Nessa reunião ficaram ainda agendadas eleições para os órgãos sociais do clube, a decorrer no próximo dia 7 de setembro.
